Zambia U20 National team striker Emmanuel Mwinde on Saturday scored a brace to help Maccabi Petah Tikva U19 beat Hapoel Tel Aviv U19 4-1 and win the 2018/19 Israeli U19 Elite Division with a game to spare.

Mwiinde stated the match and put in a full ninety minutes shift . He scored the two goals both with his head and also set up a goal to help Petah Tikva U19 win the league.

Mwinde penned a six month long deal with Israeli top flight side Maccabi Petah Tikva late last year and was attached to the U19 squad to prove himself as he pushes for a longer contract and a place at the senior side.

Mwiinde was influential in Young Green Buffaloes run to the final of the 2018 Barcalys Cup and was also part of coach Charles Bwale’s U20 squad for the 2018 COSAFA U20.
