Reports: De Gea rejects new Man Utd deal

22 May 2019, 07:00

David De Gea has reportedly told Manchester United that he will not sign a new contract with the club.

De Gea, whose current contract expires in 2020, has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain who are willing to match his demands of £350,000-a-week that United are unwilling to pay.

And according to talkSPORT, the Spaniard has turned down the club's offer of fresh terms following extensive negotiations.

PSG are already said to be lining up a £60million bid for De Gea in the current window – or can opt to sign him on a free next year.

The 28-year-old goalkeeper was named the club's Player of the Year in four of the past six seasons.
