Petr Cech should not play in the Europa League final against Chelsea, says former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman.

Cech will retire after the Europa League final against his former side and has been offered a role back in Stamford Bridge. The 37-year-old has been a back to Bernd Leno having been restricted to league cups and is expected to play in Baku.

"My only thing is that Arsenal really need this; they need this more than Chelsea,” Seaman told Sky Sports.

"They need to get into the Champions League and I'm always for playing your strongest team. That means Leno, but I'm sure Cech will play because it's his last ever game."

The final will be played on Wednesday 29th May starting from 10:00 PM EAT.
