Puma won't produce the required new Black Stars kit

German sports designers Puma won’t be delivering the new kit design as wanted by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for AFCON 2019, that’s according to Ghana Soccer Net.

Following reports that the GFA had proposed to change the Black Stars kit design to old three-coloured jersey, it is now believed that Puma won’t able to make it happen.

“GHANAsoccernet can confirm that kit sponsors of the Black Stars, PUMA will not be able to produce a new design for the national team ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations to be staged in Egypt,” wrote Ghana Soccer Net.

“Earlier reports had it that Sports Minister, Isaac Asiamah, had talks with the Ghana Football Association Normalisation Committee to ensure that Ghana reverts to their previous white, yellow and red jersey colour,” added the publication.
