Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has confirmed fully figuring out the CAF Champions League game.
Mosimane’s reflection comes after four consecutive campaigns on the continent, including two championships for the Champions League and Super Cup - while also losing in the semi-finals this year.
“I know they [teams in Africa] respect us because we’ve been there all the time and we know,” Mosimane told Kick Off.
The 2016 CAF coach of the year said that Sundowns have fully comprehended the continent’s supreme dominators: Egyptians, Algerians, Tunisians, and Moroccans.

“We’ve understood now the North African football, we understand it. My players understand and I do understand, but we need to master,” Mosimane added.
“Understanding is something and mastering is something else.
“Wydad has mastered, Esperance has mastered. We are not convincing, that’s where we need to top if up a little bit. [We need to get] The right quality to do that [win the competition],” concluded the former Bafana Bafana coach.
