Former Spain and Real Madrid head coach Julen Lopetegui has been appointed as the Sevilla manager, signing a three-year contract.
Julen has reached an agreement with the Sevilla squad and will be with the club for the next three seasons. The 52-year-old is scheduled to arrive in Seville throughout the morning while his presentation will be on Wednesday.
The Spaniard has been without a club since he was sacked by Real Madrid in October 2018 after just 14 games in charge. The former Real Madrid and Barcelona goalkeeper has also coached Rayo Vallecano and Porto at club level.
