Manchester United have completed the signing of Dan James from Swansea on a five-year contract, with an option to extend for a further year.
The club confirmed James’ capture via their Twitter account with ‘Welcome to the #MUFC family, @Daniel_James_97 👋’ caption. James becomes the first signing of the club this summer with manager Ole Gunnar Solskajer keen to reinforce his squad ahead of next season.
The player is reported to have cost United £15 million which is expected to increase to £19 million with add-ons.
