League One side Doncaster have completed the signing of Arsenal youngster Ben Sheaf on a six-month loan move.

Sheaf, who can play either in defense or midfield and has a Europa League appearance as a substitute for the Gunners under his belt, is new manager Darren Moore’s first signing. Ben joined the Gunners from West Ham’s youth set up in July 2014 where he signed his first professional contract in February 2015 before signing a contract extension in January 2019.

The 21-year-old made 12 appearances in the Premier League 2 last season, assisting once. He made his first-team debut in October 2017, coming on as a substitute for Francis Coquelin in a 1-0 victory over Red Star Belgrade in the UEFA Europa League.
