Chipolopolo assistant coach Numba is anticipating a tough match against the Zebras of Botswana in the first leg of the final round of the 2020 Ethiopia African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Numba believes the team has a lot of work to do to grind out a positive result Francistown. Numba was speaking during a morning training session.
"The Issue of complacency won't be there because we played Botswana at COSAFA and we know what to expect. We expect a tough game and we have to really work hard to get a result that side," he said.
"This is the last week we have for conditioning the players because we want to work on tactics in the third week so that we prepare them and make sure they are ready for the challenge ahead," he added.
Zambia will start the two-legged affairs away to Botswana on July 26 before hosting the Zebras at National Heroes Stadium on August 3 in the return leg.
