Two Turkish clubs in race to sign Super Eagles winger Ahmed Musa
Two Turkish clubs Galatasaray and Trabzonspor are locked in a race to sign Super Eagles winger Ahmed Musa.
The Al Nassr striker is a major target for both clubs as they look to bolster their squad for the new league season.
Musa has scored seven times and provided seven assists in 24 matches since joining Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr from Leicester City for about £16m last summer.
While Galatasaray are bidding to sign Musa on a permanent deal as a replacement for Senegalese forward Mbaye Niang, who is set to leave the club, Trabzonspor are seeking a loan move for the 26-year-old, according to the report.
“Musa is a primary target for both Trabzonspor and Galatasaray but with separate terms,” stated the report on Fanatik.
Trabzonspor already three Nigerian in their squad - Ogenyi Onazi, Anthony Nwakaeme and Mikel Obi.
