CECAFA Kagame Cup: Gor Mahia team to face Green Eagles named

Gor Mahia head coach Hassan Oktay has named his side that will take on Zambia side Green Eagles in the quarterfinal of the CECAFA Kagame Cup.

Oktay has drafted Boniface Oluoch in goal with captain Haron Shakava joining a defence that has Charles Momanyi, Wellington Ochieng and Geoffrey Ochieng as they seek to topple Eagles for a spot in the semis. 

In the absence of Ernest Wendo who is out due to suspension, Ugandan Hashim Sempala has been tasked with the duty of screening the back four as Kenneth Muguna and Lawrence Juma joins him in midfield.


New acquisition Dickson Ambundo roped from Tanzania Alliance and Nicholas Kipkurui are the people tasked with finding the goals.
