Tottenham will be without the duo of Kieran Trippier and Danny Rose for the club’s pre-season Asia tour.
The pair were left out of the Spurs’ squad with the club confirming to have given Rose time off ‘to explore prospective opportunities with other clubs". According to reports Trippier could be on his way to Spain as he is on the verge of completing a move to Atletico Madrid in a deal worth £20m.
Vincent Janssen and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou have also been left out while Christian Eriksen has traveled with the club despite being linked with a move to Real Madrid and Manchester United. Ben Davies, Eric Dier, and Cameron Carter-Vickers have stayed in London for rehabilitation, while Serge Aurier, Davinson Sanchez and Victor Wanyama will return for pre-season training next week.
Spurs’ preseason fixtures
The north London club will take on Juventus in Singapore on Sunday 21st before entertaining Manchester United in Shangai on Thursday 25th.
