Isaac Cofie signs two-year deal with Turkish club after leaving Spain

Isaac Cofie has officially signed a two-year deal with Turkish Super Lig club Sivasspor with an option to possibly extend for a further three years.

The midfielder joins the Turkish club after leaving Sporting Gijon having spent one season with the side. 

Sivasspor announced they have secured the services of the former Ghana youth player.

Cofie made approximately 25 appearances for Gijon in the 2018/19 season and managed to score a goal respectively.

The 28-year-old who spent ten years in Italy playing for the likes of Genoa, Torino, Sassuolo, Carpi, Chievo Verona and Piacenza will seek to challenge himself more with his latest move to Turkey.
