Fulham who were relegated from the Premier League have seen Ryan Babel, Lazar Markovic and Berti Schotterl depart from the club this summer, now in it seems Jean Michael Seri could be on his way out.
According to Evening Standard reports, the 27-year-old is close to sealing a move to Galatasaray on a season-long deal away from Fulham, bringing his brief spell in London to a close.
Seri initially moved to the Cottagers back in 2018 from Ligue 1 club Nice for a fee that was close to £27million (via Transfermarkt) alongside defender Maxime Le Marchand.
Although he managed to feature in most games for Fulham, Seri managed to make 32 appearances with the Ivory Coast international struggling to make an impression in his debut season in English football as the side saw themselves get relegated in April.
With a deal between the Cottagers and Galatasaray expected to be wrapped up in the coming days, it is yet to be confirmed whether the Turkish side will be given the option to bring Seri in on a permanent deal once his loan expires in 2020.
