Real Madrid are set to hijack Neymar deal from Barcelona as the club have reportedly made an £80m offer plus striker Gareth Bale for the Brazilian.
Neymar has been in the middle of transfer talk for a while as he aims for a return to Barcelona following a poor spell at French club, Paris Saint-Germain.
Real Madrid appear to have stepped in to hijack the deal of the 27-year-old as a replacement for Gareth Bale, who has fallen out with manager Zinedine Zidane.
The Sun report that Bernabeu chiefs have made French giants PSG a mega-money offer which also includes a swap deal for Bale.
Zidane wants Bale out of his squad ahead of the new season, claiming it is the best decision for everyone.
"We hope he leaves soon. It would be best for everyone. We are working on his transfer to a new team.
"I have nothing personal against him, but there comes a time where things are done because they must be done.
"I have to make decisions. We have to change. The exit is the coach's decision, and also of the player, who knows the situation.
"The situation will change, I do not know if in 24 or 48 hours, but it will - and it's a good thing for everyone."
Bale joined Real Madrid in 2013 for a world-record £86million and has won four Champions League trophies with the Spanish giants.
