English Premier League club Bournemouth have reportedly had a change of heart in signing Club Brugge winger Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld this summer - despite the long-time interest they had.
Bournemouth were initially attracted to the winger having watched him during Club Brugge's friendly fixtures against Heracles Almelo, AZ, and Sporting Club respectively.
However according to Het Laatste Nieuws via Football Oranje, The Cherries decided at the last minute to not go for the Dutch international - he has also been linked with AS Roma and AC Milan.
Het Laatste Nieuws also seem to be critical of the Nigeria-born's attitude as they were quote in the article saying: “Since becoming a hyped player a year ago, Danjuma has lost his sense of reality.
“If Danjuma hopes to leave later or does not want to lose his place to Diatta, he will quickly switch off his self-centred tunnel vision.”
Danjuma initially joined Club Brugge from NEC Nijmegen in the summer of 2018 - where he started the campaign from a long-term injury.
