Following a disappointing season with Gor Mahia, Erisa Ssekisambu has completed his move to Ugandan champions Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) on a one-year deal.
Ssekisambu joined Gor Mahia at the start of last season but failed to nail down a regular starting berth as he faced stiff competition from Nicholas Kipkirui, Jacques Tuyisenge, and Francis Mustapha. Ssekiambu's highlight in the Kenya Premier League will most definitely be bagging a hat-trick against Mount Kenya United.
Speaking to the club's official portal after sealing his move to KCCA, Ssekisambu expressed his delight, "I am glad to be joining a winning team because my ambition is to win trophies. I can not wait to get started." Ssekisambu has previously turned out for SC Villa, Express, URA and Vipers and most recently Gor Mahia.
The Ugandan will don shirt number 11 formerly worn by Allan Kyambadde who, according to the club, has requested and been granted to wear shirt 20.
