New Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic has explained how he moved from Slovakia to join Amakhosi.
The Serbain striker was picked up by Chiefs after scoring 23 goals in 28 games for Komarno in the Slovakian premier league.
The 27-year-old striker added that he did not need much time to ponder over grabbing the opportunity to move to Africa.
“He told me one great team in South Africa is interested. I didn’t hesitate to accept the offer. I think it took me about the 10 minutes to accept the offer.”
“I want to give my best to help the team and looking forward to my first official match for Chiefs,” he concluded.
Nurkovic may make his Absa Premiership debut when Chiefs travel to Highlands Park on Sunday afternoon.
