Hong Kong company comes to the rescue of Sony Sugar with a sponsorship deal

The bitter times at Sony Sugar have finally been put to an end after the club secured an annual renewable sponsorship deal with Hong Kong based company Quantdragon Limited.

The Millers have seen almost their entire squad leave in a mass exodus to join various clubs in the Kenyan Premier League. Their head coach Patrick Odhiambo also decamped to Gor Mahia, joining the reigning league champions on the capacity of assistant coach.

The news of the sponsorship comes hours after the club had announced former Kangemi All Stars head coach, James Nandwa as the new coach. Nandwa will be deputized by Slyvester Wanyama and Marwa Chamberi as first and second assistant coach respectively.
