Former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns star Teko Modise tips Kaizer Chiefs get past Black Leopards.
The Cape Town City PR Exec, Modise, has looked ahead to Chiefs’ second Absa Premiership game of the season after the 3-2 thriller Amakhosi earned at Highlands Park last weekend.
In what will be Chiefs’ first home game of the season, though at Durban’s Moses Mabhida, Modise believes the expected numbers in the stand will carry Chiefs through.
“Kaizer Chiefs playing at home and having won their first game the way they did, I'm sure the fans will come through in numbers to support the team - that's what they usually do when Chiefs win games,” Modise told Soccer Laduma.
“Leopards will be playing away. They had a great first game, but now they face a highly motivated Kaizer Chiefs with their fans behind them.”
Modise concluded by predicted a win for Amakhosi but there will be no cleansheet for Bruce Bvuma or Daniel Akpeyi.
“I can see Kaizer Chiefs probably winning this one 2-1,” added Modise.
