Spain are no longer the leading foreign nation supplier of the English Premier League after more Frechnmen made the move to Britain in the recent transfer window.
The 2018/19 season had Spain leading with 32 footballers enjoying a career in the best league in the world, but a couple of Spanish departures and French arrivals has seen France taking the lead from last season’s 29 to 32 players.
The most well-known France internationals include the likes of Paul Pogba at Manchester United, Chelsea’s N'Golo Kante and Hugo Lloris of Tottenham Hotspur.
Leading the Spaniards is the likes of United's David De Gea, Hector Bellerín of Arsenal and Chelsea's Cesar Azpilicueta.
Completing the top three nations with Premier League players is the mighty Brazil that offers fabulous footballers like Roberto Firmino at Liverpool, Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City and Chelsea's Willian.
