πŸ€” Ten interesting angles to look out for in the Premier League this weekend

It's the weekend and that means there are ten Premier League matches to savour.

We've picked out facts and interesting things to look out for in each and every one of them.

Aston Villa vs Everton

Everton has scored two or more goals in their last eight Premier League encounters with Aston Villa, netting 22 times in that run. It is their longest such scoring streak against a single team in the competition

Norwich vs Chelsea

Finland's Teemu Pukki could become the 10th player to score in his first three Premier League appearances. The Canaries striker has netted four goals in two matches. Only Pavel Pogrebnyak, for Fulham, scored as many as five goals in his first three top-flight appearances.

Brighton vs Southampton

With four points from their first two matches, Brighton has the chance to start a top-flight campaign with a three-match unbeaten run for the first time in their history.

Man United vs Crystal Palace

Frenchman Anthony Martial could become the fourth player to score in each of Man Utd's first three matches of a Premier League season, after Trinidadian Dwight Yorke in 1999/00, Dutchman Ruud van Nistelrooy in 2005/06 and Englishman Wayne Rooney in 2011/12.

Sheffield United vs Leicester City

Sheffield United is aiming to win a seventh match out of 11 at home in the Premier League (D2 L2) and to keep up their run of scoring in every match in that sequence.

Watford vs West Ham

Watford has five Premier League wins against West Ham, their most against any club in the competition, but the Hammers have lost only two of their last 15 league trips to the Hornets at Vicarage Road (W9 D4).

Liverpool vs Arsenal

No Premier League fixture has featured more goals than the 155 in 54 meetings between Liverpool & Arsenal. The fixture has also had the most Premier League hat-tricks, with six, scored by Robbie Fowler (twice), Thierry Henry, Peter Crouch, Andrey Arshavin and Roberto Firmino.

Bournemouth vs Man City

Raheem Sterling has scored eight goals and provided two assists in seven Premier League appearances against Bournemouth. The Man City winger has also scored in two of his three matches at Vitality Stadium and already has four goals after two matches in this campaign.

Spurs vs Newcastle

Newcastle has 21 Premier League victories against Tottenham Hotspur. Only vs Aston Villa (22) have they enjoyed more wins.

Wolves vs Burnley

Wolves are unbeaten in their last nine Premier League matches at Molineux (W6 D3). Their most recent longer unbeaten home run in the top flight was a 10-match streak in 1979, some 40 years ago.
