Serbian coach to be named Chipolopolo boss

The Football Association of Zambia(FAZ) are set to name Serbian born coach Vaselin Jelušic as new Chipolopoloo coach according to media reports in Zambia.

Former Angola and Botswana national team head coach was among four names reported by ZamFoot last week to have attended interviews at Football House.

The Serbian coach was at the helm of  Angola in 1998 and later became Coach of Botswana between 2002 and 2006. He also the at the helm of Bloemfontein Celtic in 2018.

Belgian coach Luc Eymael, French coach Pierre Lechantre who won the 2000 African Cup of Nations with Cameroon and Croatian trainer Tomislav Ivković are the other three who were in the running for the Chipolopolo top job.
