Japan international midfielder Ritsu Doan has officially signed a deal that sees him join PSV Eindhoven from Dutch archrivals Groningen according to AP News reports.
According to PSV, the 21-year-old agreed to personal terms and was handed a five-year deal, however, the amount remains undisclosed.
"It is my aim to become a good team player in Eindhoven. Scoring goals and providing assists is not enough," Doan said.
The attacking midfielder has scored three goals in 15 games for the Japan national team.
Fun fact** on April 15, 2018, against Roda, Doan scored his eighth goal of that season where he went on to equal the total of goals Arjen Robben scored as a teenager for Groningen.
