Juventus stars Emre Can and Mario Mandžukić might be on their way out of the club, after they were left out of the Champions League squad for the 2019/20 season.
The duo was not named in Maurizio Sarri's team, with Can in particular 'shocked and angry' at the decision, indicating he will be keen on leaving the club soon.
The two might leave as early as January, with clubs across Europe thought to be keen on their services, more especially the German.
"I am shocked and angry," Can told the press on Wednesday while with the German national team.
"Last week, the club promised me something else, yesterday the coach called me and told me in less than a minute that I was not in the squad. I cannot explain it, I have not been given any reason,"
"Me and my advisor talked to other clubs [during the summer]. After talking to Juventus I decided to stay on. For me, one condition was to play in the Champions League,"
Can has in the past also hinted on going back to German side Frankfurt, with Turkey another option as well.
The Turin-based side has signed a number of players in the recently-closed European summer transfer window and will be keen on offloading some of the deadwood.
