How Ronaldo silenced Serbia fans

Cristiano Ronaldo was on point when he shut chants of Serbia fans as Portugal maintained their unbeaten Euro 2020 qualifying run on Saturday.

Portugal won the match 4-2 in Belgrade.

Serbia fans had attempted to make Ronaldo uncomfortable during the game as they spent a large section of the match taunting Ronaldo with chants of 'Messi, Messi' whenever he picked up the ball.

With ten minutes left on the clock, Ronaldo scored Portugal's 3rd goal to put his side 3-1 up.

After the goal, the home fans ended their chants

Ronaldo, 34, and Messi have enjoyed a fantastic rivalry over the years, with each man constantly outdoing the other in terms of goals, assists, titles and moments of magic on the pitch.
