AFC Leopards will have a new captain when they come up against Kariobangi Sharks on Sunday 15 September in their second game of the season.
Leopards on through their social media accounts confirmed that midfielder Whyvonne Isuza, who featured for Harambee Stars in their weekend stalemate against Uganda Cranes, will be the man to lead the team in the tie in the absence of team captain Robinson Kamura who is out injured.
Both teams see this as an opportunity to bounce back from their opening day disappointments with Leopards having gone down to Kakamega Homeboyz by a solitary goal in Bukhungu.
Denied Three Points
Sharks on the other end were denied three points by visiting Western Stima who held them to a 2-2 draw on their opening day clash.
The clash too will be a return of a sort of Sharks assistant coach Edward Seda who hanged his boots at the end of last season after featuring for Leopards in the year.
