The Kenya U20 team arrived safely in Jinja-Uganda ahead of the CECAFA U20 Championship that is slated to Kick Off from September 21.
According to information on the Football Kenya Federation website, the team held a light training session on Thursday evening ahead of the junior regional showpiece, after landing as they wait to open their campaign against Zanzibar on September 22.
Apart from Zanzibar, the team has Tanzania and Ethiopia in Group B. Group A has hosts Uganda, Sudan, Eritrea and Djibouti with Group C having Burundi, South Sudan and Somalia.
The top three teams from Group A and B will join the top two from Group C in the quarterfinals.
