The 23-year-old is valued at £28.8m by the website. He has scored twice in six appearances for the Toffees.
Kelechi Iheanacho is the third richest despite his lack of action this season.
The former Manchester City man is valued at £13.5m according to Transfermarkt.com, while Leon Balogun and Isaac Success are valued at £2m and £5m respectively.
