πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬πŸ—£ Amapakabo's disappointment with local players & coaches

Nigeria national B team coach Imama Amapakabo has no hope on NPFL players & coaches. The former league champions simply says they can’t successfully take any training education.

Amapakabo's lashing comes just after taking Nigeria’s U23 team to the 2019 AFCON U23 this year, and also after a 4-1 loss to Togo in a CHAN 2020 first round qualifier.

Sunusi Ibrahim grabbed Nigeria’s lead on eight minutes, only for the Togolese side to respond with four.

‘It is a difficult thing for Nigerian players; based in the country, to interpret tactics and formation, with due respect even some of the coaches in the league don’t understand tactics and formation, so how do you give what you don’t have,’ said an upset Akapabako via Brila.

Akapabako’s side will now need at least 3-0 win in next month’s home leg in Nigeria - otherwise the CHAN 2020 dream will be over.
