Zanaco advised to work on their finishing

Bolton City Youth Football club head coach Thomas Jerome has advised Zanaco to work on their finishing as they progress in the 2019/2020 CAF Confederation Cup.

Jerome who admitted that the bankers deserved to progress however felt the Numba Mumamba tutored outfit could have scored more goals than the three goals they did against his side on Saturday at Heroes Stadium.

"Congratulations to Zanaco for the Victory, Zanaco was so strong for us we knew that before the match but for us, its has given us experience in the preliminary round that will help us to grow for the future, Congratulations to Zanaco once more they deserve it,” he said.

“It was our first time to participate in this kind of Competition so it will help us to archive our target for winning the Mauritian premier league for this season,Zanaco is a very strong team which plays good football though they would have scored more than three goals so they must work on the finishing,” he added.

Goals from Emmanuel Okutu, Guily Manziba, and Damiano Kola secured a 3-0 win for Zanaco to seal a 5-1 aggregate win and make sure the Bankers progressed to the playoff round.
