Chipolopolo captain calls on fans to turn out in numbers

Zambia national team captain for the locally based players Adrian Chama has called on the fans to turn out numbers this afternoon when the Copper Bullets take on Eswatini in the second leg final round Cameroon 2020 CHAN qualifier at the National Heroes Stadium.

Chama was quick to give a vote of thanks to the fans for the support they have given the team up to this stage of the Competition.

"First I would like to take this opportunity to give a vote of thanks to the fans who have always come out in numbers. tomorrow is the last day of these qualifiers so our plea to them is to come out in numbers like they have done in the past so that we can do even more, " he said.

"Our target as a team is to make a fourth appearance at the tournament."

"We just have to concentrate and play tomorrow's game as it comes. We have to be level headed and not be under pressure," he added.

The Chipolopolo Boys carry a one-nil advantage having beaten the Sihlangu by a lone goal away in Eswatini.

Zambia and Eswatini will square off at 15:00hrs with the overall winner qualifying for the tournament.
