Napsa Stars head coach Mohammed Fathi believes a draw for his side in Sundays MTN/FAZ Super League encounter against Green Eagles is a step in the right direction.
The Egyptian born gaffer feels a point is good for his side especially that they were coming from a loss at the hands of Zesco United in week five.
"It's progressing we coming from a loss and then we have drawn. I am not happy with a point but I think if you look at the fact that we coming from a loss, a draw is a step from you starting to win games. The league is still open and is not yet over," he said.
His counterpart, Alex Namazaba, The Green Eagles assistant coach felt the draw was a fair result looking at how tough the match was.
“Somehow yes we are happy with the result it was a tough game especially in the first half, Napsa was all over in the midfield but in the second half we improved and managed so 1-1 is okay but we had chances to Score,” he said.
“The league is still on and we still have a lot of games to play so we will still go back to the drawing board, we were supposed to win this game but the finishing was not clinical.”
Bornwell Mwape opened the scores in the 2nd minute before Gozon Mutale could level matters five minutes into the second stanza.
