The Namibia Football Association (NFA) have secured a friendly challenge against neighbours Zambia.

Namibia, known as the Brave Warriors and fresh from their first ever AFCON appearance in Egypt this year, confirmed the event via NBC where Chipolopolo will journey to Windhoek for the Dr Hage Geingob Cup.

The annual match has previously invited the likes of Zimbabwe and Ghana ever since - with Zambia set to make their debut this year.

"It requires a significant amount of resources in order for us to do an event of this magnitude. As we continue to grow this tournament, celebrating excellence and leadership and fostering national unity, your continued partnership as sponsor has and remains vital to the success of this tournament" said the Dr Hage’s statement.

"I would like to reiterate our profound gratitude to the Namibia Football Association for extending the invitation to the Football Association of Zambia in this year's Dr. Hage Geingob Cup.”

Chipolopolo will be expected at the Sam Nujoma Stadium on Saturday 9 of November.
