Redbull Salzburg head coach Jesse Marsch says defending better could be key for his side to do well this evening when they face Napoli in a Group E UEFA Champions League matchday four encounter.
Salzburg has conceded nine goals in their three group stage matches already which is a source of concern for Jesse Marsch and his technical bench. He is aware of the importance of the match and wants his side to give it they're all.
"This match is very important for us. What is important though is that we give everything on the pitch - that's our aim for tomorrow," he said.
"Defending better could be the key to success. We are always good for a goal going forward."
"We have to prepare to face any of Napoli's strikers. They are all good players with great movement," he added.
When asked about striker Erling Braut Haaland, Marsch was quick to heap praise on the Norwegian teenage Sensation describing him as a big-game player. Haaland has already notched up six goals in just three appearances in the competition and currently leads the top goalscorers chart.
"Erling [Haaland] is a big game player and I expect him to have a great match tomorrow."
Captain of the side Andreas Ulmer is confident they have what it takes to get a result in Naples.
"Our young players already have experience at the highest international level and are in good form," he said.
"We did some things really well on our last visit to Naples. We need to improve certain details but we have the quality to get a result here."
Salzburg sits third in Group E with three points with Napoli leading the group with seven points. Kick-off for the match is set 22:00hrs Central African time.
