Manchester United will have the opportunity to build on their midweek win in the Europa League when they host Brighton on Sunday in an English Premier League tie.
This will be the last match before the last international break of 2019, and United will be hoping to go out on a high.
Ahead of the tie, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that he hopes to have Scott McTominay and Victor Lindelof back, following various injury struggles.
Scott was injured on Thursday night against Partizan, with Lindelof missing out entirely due to a back problem.
Speaking after the Europa League match, the Norwegian further revealed his match-day plans, while insisting that their opponents are a good side.
When asked if any of the injured Reds will be back, Ole replied: “Hopefully Scott. Hopefully Victor as well, but I don’t know because he hasn’t trained this week. It’s his back.”
Ashley Young will miss out entirely after being suspended following his fifth yellow card of the season last time out, but Solskjaer has options on that number.
Marcos Rojo, who played in the central defence can play left-back, with youngster Brandon Williams another option.
Other players who are still out and might not feature on Sunday include Paul Pogba, Luke Shaw, Axel Tuenzebe and Eric Bailly.
Man United are 10th on the Premier League standings after 11 matches, having accumulated 13 points.
They are already out of the top prize race and will be content with a top-four finish for now.
