Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has appeared to hit back at reports that Arsenal is concerned about his social media activity.
The Athletic reported earlier that the decision to award the Gabon striker the captaincy has not been a popular one with everyone at the north London club including some fans.
The notion came after the former Dortmund star took a picture with Arsenal Fan Tv (AFTV) contributor 'Troopz', after the striker had invited the YouTube star to watch Arsenal games from the executive box at the Emirates.
Aubameyang has reportedly been asked to stop engaging with Troopz, after liking several of his posts calling for Arsenal to sack Unai Emery and sell Granit Xhaka.
Taking to social media on Monday, Aubameyang wrote on his Instagram story after arriving for international duty.
“I just arrived in Gabon and heard a lot of bull... I talk with who I want and if somebody's not happy with... you already know,” followed with an emoji of a hand with the middle finger gesture.
Aubameyang was made the permanent Arsenal captain after Xhaka was stripped of the armband last week.
