πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡©πŸ”„ Bafana Bafana starting line-up vs Sudan: Ntseki makes six changes

South Africa’s Bafana Bafana welcome Sudan in an AFCON 2021 qualifier today, and three points is the mission after losing to Ghana in matchday one.

Coach Molefi Ntseki has rang the changes after a very poor showing last week. Today’s opponents are a side coming from a 4-0 win over the group’s minnows Sao Tome & Principe. Nteski has made two changes in defense, two in midfield, and two more in attack.

At the back, Kaizer Chiefs’ Erick Mathoho has been named ahead of Buhle Mkhwanazi, while Thapelo Morena replaces an unfit Thamsanqa Mkhize.

In the middle, Thato Mokeke and Bongani Zungu (injured) have made way for Lebo Phiri and Kamohelo Mokotjo. The attack sees Thulani Serero in for Thembinkosi Lorch - while Bradley Grobler is dropped for Lebo Mothiba.

Full line-up:

  • Williams, Morena, Mathoho, Hlatshwayo, Hlanti, Furman, Mokotjo, Phiri, Serero, Tau, Mothiba.
  • Subs: Keet, Goss, Lebusa, Mkhwanazi, Lorch, Manyama, Mvala, Modiba, Maela, Grobler, Mokeke, Erasmus.

The game's kick off is at 15:00 from the Orlando Stadium.
