Tottenham Hotspurs striker Harry Kane became the first England player to score in every game in a qualifying campaign as they oversaw Kosovo 4-0 on Sunday.
Kane scored England’s second of the game ten minutes from time after Harry Winks had given the Gareth Southgate side a 1-0 lead at the break. Marcus Rashford and Mason Mount were to come with the other goals.
The win was a booster for The Three Lions who will now be seeded in the competition this after confirming their participation in the 2020 Euros with a 7-0 win over Montenegro.
The Tottenham striker also became the first England player in 90 years to register 12 goals in a calendar year, having netted 12 goals throughout the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
