Wilfred Ndidi is excited that Nigeria beat Lesotho to wrap up the international break with a victory.
A brace by Victor Osimhen and a goal each by Alex Iwobi and Samuel Chukwueze steered the Super Eagles to a 4-2 win over Lesotho in Maseru.
It is Nigeria's second win in two 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier matches following a 2-1 victory over Benin on Wednesday in Uyo.
And with Victor Osimhen the hero on Sunday with two goals and two assists, Ndidi thinks the player is on fire.
“Good to wrap the international break with a win and top of the table…The future is bright for the team 🇳🇬 @victorosimhen9 🔥🔥,” Ndidi, indicating Osimhen was ‘firebrand’ in the match.

Ndidi is expected to make his 100th appearance for Leicester City when they travel to Brighton on Saturday.
