CAF CC: Pyramids FC name squad for Enugu Rangers clash

Pyramids FC have announced their squad for the CAF Confederation Cup fixture against Enugu Rangers on Sunday.

Coach Sebastien Desabre named his squad for the trip to Nigeria, dropping captain Abdullah El-Said, who will also miss the game due to injury.

The Egyptian club is expected to arrive in Nigeria on Friday for the matchday-one encounter that will take place at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu.

Another Egyptian club, Al Masry will take on Mauritanian side, FC Nouadhibou in the group’s other fixture.

The full squad:

Goalkeepers: Ahmed El-Shennawy, El-Mahdi Soliman, Ahmed Daador.

Defenders: Ali Gabr, Mohamed Hamdi, Ahmed Ayman Mansour, Omar Gaber, Abdallah Bakri, Ragab Bakar, Tarek Taha, Wilfried Kanon.

Midfielders: Ahmed Tawfik, Mohamed Farouk, Islam Issa, Eric Traoré, Lumala Abdu, Nabil Emad Dunga, Mohamed Fathi, Ibrahim Hassan.

Forwards: John Antwi, Amor Layouni, and Dodo El-Gabbas.
