Laliga giants FC Barcelona has confirmed that winger Ousmane Dembélé will be out for the next 10 weeks after picking up another injury in midweek.
The France winger started in the club’s Wednesday win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League but left in the first half in tears to be replaced by Antoine Griezmann.
And now after extensive tests by the club’s medical staff, it has been confirmed that the forward will be absent until February with a thigh strain.
The France international has been plagued with injuries since joining Barcelona and has only played three full games for the La Liga champions this season.
The injury rules him out of the rearranged La Liga game against Real Madrid on 18 December.
