South African Premier Soccer League side Bidvest Wits defender Keegan Ritchie has exclaimed that the team is ready to hit the ground running again in the league as they prepare for their fixture against Golden Arrows on Thursday evening.
Wits are yet to experience a win in the Absa Premiership after failing to do so in their last six matches played.
The Johannesburg-based club has been playing in the CAF Confederation Cup in which they have failed to progress and now they shift their focus to the league.
"We started off very well, among the top teams for the first few weeks, but we've let that slip now," he told the club's official website.
"Yes, we have a lot of games in hand, but we just need to take it game by game and try and get results.
"It is going to be a tough game, away from home, Arrows are a good side, but if we focus on our game we can beat them and get the three points."
