Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has named Manchester City as favorites to lift the UEFA Champions League title this season.
Pep Guardiola have failed to hit the heights they peaked last season and sit third on the Premier League table, 14 points behind leaders Liverpool.
Former Chelsea manager, Sarri believes that City will prioritize the Champions League after falling behind Liverpool, "I spontaneously think of Manchester City as my favorite.
"The impression I have got of this team has convinced me and they will probably focus more on the Champions League than on the Premier League this season."
Sarri also spoke of a possible reunion with Jose Mourinho should Juventus draw Tottenham Hotspur, "I’ve been lucky enough to meet him personally.
"I have the highest respect for him of course. He is on an incredible level. I can only say that he may appear a bit different from what he actually is.
"When you get to know him personally, he is a completely different person. I am really happy to have met him, and I would be happy to see him again in this competition."
