KPL Week 14 Predictions

KPL Week 14 Predictions

Another week and another time to try and put the octopus at work once again. The predictions in the past three weeks have been near perfect but football is just football.

There have been some shocking results like that or Rangers soaking in five goals against KCB. Who in this world would predict a Sammy Pamzo team soaking five goals?

So what does Week 14 hold?

Kisumu All-Stars v Bandari FC

This will be a tough tie for both teams who are in dire need of points. Bandari thought they were back in business when they overcame Wazito last week but were brought back down in their midweek tie against Homeboyz. It is another tie against All-Stars and they feel they can get the points but Omino can be a stubborn human being on a good day. Goals should be expected though

Verdict: Over 1.5 Goals

KCB v Wazito FC

KCB is on a prowl and they shouldn't be stopping anytime soon. They schooled Sharks and Rangers just two weeks ago but were held by Leopards in midweek. They are up against Wazito who has lost two games on the trot and are still learning to play according to Stewart Hall rules. It should be an entertaining affair against Frank Ouna who not more than a season ago was at KCB.

Verdict: KCB Win

Kariobangi Sharks v Posta Rangers

Sharks are struggling despite the money that has come their way. They have only won one game the entire season and it came against a hapless Chemelil Sugar FC side who are on the brink. People say their sorry form is a mental thing and Sammy Omollo sees this as a perfect opportunity to bounce back from their loss against KCB.

Verdict: Rangers Win

Nzoia Sugar FC v Western Stima

There will be goals in this tie because Stima always score. Salim Babu has grounded his team and they are proving to be a handful for opponents. They are on the road and Nzoia, just like any other team at home, wouldn't go down without a fight.

Verdict: Over 2.5 Goals

Tusker FC v AFC Leopards

Leopards have been out of action for some time. There are rumours that they are doing badly financially. The financial bite has seen them lose captain Soter Kayumba with other players said to be on their way out. On the contrast is Tusker FC who is doing well both on and off the pitch. Robert Matano couldn't have hoped for a better time to meet his former employers.

Verdict: Tusker FC Win
