Bandari bounced back in style after registering a 2-0 win over Kisumu All Stars in a Premier League match staged at Moi Stadium on Saturday 14, 2019.
Yema Mwana was on target in the first half before Shaban Kenga made it 2-0 in the second half to ensure Bandari heads back to Mombasa with all the three points.
Coming from a 1-0 defeat to Kakamega Homeboyz, the Dockers were in the hand for a win away from home and their performance paid off.
Kisumu All Stars had an early chance after a lovely cross was delivered inside the penalty area but Justin Ndikumana saved saw the hosts given a corner that yielded to nothing. Bandari responded and Mohamed Siraj had the ball on the wing before his searching cross into the box. Yema Mwana missed the ball and Cliff Kasuti was in right place but his shot was punched out for a corner.
In the 18th minute, Bernard Mwalala's men took the lead. Yema Mwana had a thunderous shot towards goal and Anthony Obonyo could not save that.
In the second half, Bandari doubled their lead and it was Shaban Kenga netting the second goal in the 68th minute. The forward calmly scored the second with a low shot into the left corner of the goal post.
