After undergoing surgery in France on Tuesday, Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has provided an injury update on his ankle.
Pogba returned from an initial ankle injury against Watford on December 22 before coming off the bench against Newcastle in the Boxing Day win at Old Trafford.
The former Juventus midfielder took to Instagram to update United fans on how his surgery went, "Guys, I'm making a video on Instagram. I don't know if okay, if I'm high? I don't look sober.
"But you guys asked me if it went well I don't know. I see my ankle like that, I can't really feel my toes. But I'm still alive that's the good news, I'll keep you updated.
"People told me I look drunk, but I didn't drink alcohol. They gave me some things in my arm. They told me to relax and breathe. And then I woke up and I couldn't move my leg and I didn't know where I was."
Pogba then went on to chat on about needing a hair cut before the hospital staff brought food in for him.
