Premier League powerhouse Highlanders have appointed Mark Harris as head coach for the 2020 season.

Harrison, with extensive experience in the South African Premier Soccer League, the Briton arrives to lead Bosso after the departure of Hendrik Pieter De Jongh. Harrison is set to begin a two-year stint.

Harrison is not without any fresh local experience. The 50-year-old was in charge of Harare City in 2019.

“Mark Harrison is the new Highlanders technical manager as both parties have agreed on a two year deal that will see the gaffer’s contract run up to the 31st of December 2021,” Highlander’s said on their website.

Harrison’s CV includes Mpumalanga Black Aces, African Warriors, Bay Stars, Chippa United, Golden Arrows, CAPS United, and Township Rollers (Botswana).
