Former Kenyan Premier League champions AFC Leopards on Wednesday launched a membership renewal and registration drive.
In a notice published on the club's official website, registration for new members is open while existing members have been advised to renew their membership for the year 2020.
"We bring to your attention the expiry of club membership for the year 2019 on 31st December. Registration and renewal for 2020 membership is now in progress. New members are asked to complete Membership Application Forms for the year 2020. The members should then bank the membership fee," the notice read in part.
"Annual Membership Fees is Kshs. 1,000 but for those whose names don’t appear on current Register, available on our website. They will be required to top this up with registration fees of Kshs. 200 to pay Kshs. 1,200."
AFC Leopards are currently placed seventh on the log with 28 points, nine behind leaders Tusker FC. They have won three of their last five games drawing one and losing the other.
They have had a tumultuous season both on and off the pitch. Financial woes have led to the exit of their coach Rwandese Andre Cassa Mbungo alongside a host of key players.
Dennis Sikhayi and Whyvonne Isuza have since joined moneybags Wazito while most their foreign legion have walked out of The Den.
