AC Milan's new signings Simon Kjaer and Asmir Begovic have expressed their eagerness to play with the returning striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Kjaer joined Milan on loan from La Liga side Sevilla having cut short his loan at Atalanta to sign for the Rossoneri. On the other end, Begovic has signed for the Italian side on loan from Bournemouth until the end of the season. He comes in as a replacement for Pepe Reina, who has moved to Aston Villa.
The duo was unveiled on Thursday with both revealing their eagerness to play with Zlatan.
"As for Zlatan, he's a big leader, he's a big player, he has huge quality," said Begovic.
"He expects the best of himself and expects the best from everybody. So, that's the objective of bringing him (here) and I think he can get the best out of everybody."
Both Kjaer and Begovic have penned similar deals until the end of the current 2019/2020 campaign.
Ibrahimovic signed for Milan until the end of the season, with an option to extend for another year after rejoining the club he left nearly eight years ago.
